The usual style — make a copy and mark the ones you’ve done in bold and the ones you’d like to do in italics (or at least do something to make them noticeable).

What happened to No. 36?
Number 36 is missing from both Dave K’s blog and the one he copied it from too.
But, doing some digging on Google, it looks like that entry should be:

Oh sure… use pretty colors why dontchya?
The (unintentionally) twisted part of the colors is that I used red with the bold text and green with the italics. If you’re color blind, then you’re no better off than if I’d just stick with the regular bold and italics.
