I haven’t spotted any robins yet, but the daffodils are blooming, the forsythia are resplendently yellow and just this evening, Wylie and I spotted the season’s first running air conditioner.
I have no idea what that guy’s gonna do once we start getting temperatures above 70 on a regular basis.

You jinxed it. 🙁
Yeah, you did jinx it! No ice cream until it gets warmer (maybe next week?)
I’ve seen my first robin (the same one at least 4 times). He’s usually hanging out in my front yard when I get hom from work. I always say hello Mr. Robin when I get out of the car (I assume it’s a “Mr.”). My daffodils just started to flower – I hope the cold doesn’t kill them early.
I’m pretty sure your daffodils will be fine. Nothing blooms this time of year which can’t tolerate the season’s usual temperature variations. Mine have been blooming for two weeks.
And a couple days of chilly weather are nothing compared to the jinxing that happened at work yesterday. (So not my fault, I told Olive – repeatedly – not to do that.)
I think Spring has cold feet this year.
I’m starting to think maybe I really did jinx it.
If it wasn’t me, then it was the guy who was running the air conditioner.
